How do I get my tickets?
After buying, we will send you a confirmation email with your ticket numbers.

I didn't receive my tickets - what do I do?
Please check your promotions or spam/ junk folder if you don’t see the email in your main inbox as tickets can sometimes be filtered due to strict filters. If you still can't find your tickets, please contact us with the information below:

  • Your first and last name used at time of purchase
  • When you purchased the tickets
  • The email address the tickets should have been sent to
Which methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I'm having trouble buying tickets, what do I do?
  • Try using a different browser - we find Google Chrome works best
  • Ensure you are physically in Manitoba when purchasing, and have clicked "yes" to sharing your location
  • Some corporate firewalls block purchases such as these, try buying at home or from your personal phone
  • Make sure you are using an approved payment method listed above

How is the winning number picked?
The winning ticket number will be selected by Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for that draw date.

How will winners be contacted?
We will call and email winners the same day the draw occurs.

Where can I find the winning name/ticket number?
After each draw, we post the winning name and ticket number on the main page of our website. Past winners are listed HERE.

When is the next draw?
Draw dates and times are on our website and attached to your confirmation email.

Do I need to buy new tickets for each draw?
Yes. Depending on when you purchase your tickets, you may be eligible for the main draw and either one or both early bird draws. This information is on your ticket.
